Xiaomi has recently launched Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime which are available on Flipkart will make it a little confusing for the consumers. In a move to expand the brand presence, Xiaomi is focusing on Offline Retail sales. This is an effort on the part of Xiaomi to reach consumers across India with no internet access where they can log on to Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal and a few others who are still not in favour of buying a product online.

Redmi 3S Plus comes with a 5 inch 720p display and 2GB RAM and possibly 4100 mAh battery power. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor and LTE capabilities. It comes with 32GB Internal storage which can be extended using MicroSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera also features finger scanner at the back. The device will be available across retail outlets at Rs. 9,499.

Xiaomi has no plans to merge the Redmi 3S series considering the similarities in the features and price specs, rather the company is looking to expand its presence in the offline market. There is buzz amongst offline retailers considering the recent launch of Redmi 3S Plus, though Redmi 3S Prime still rules the under Rs 10000 segment of smartphone with its massive 4100 mAh battery and 3GB RAM
